Application conditions:
① There are legal documents to prove the use of land;
(2) The land is fixed and contiguous, surrounded by natural or artificial isolation belts (nets), which meet the land area requirements determined by the local customs according to the actual situation;
(3) The soil and irrigation water meet the requirements of relevant national standards, and there are no pollution sources affecting the quality and safety of vegetables around;
(4) There are special departments or specially-assigned persons responsible for the management of agricultural inputs such as pesticides, and there are specially-assigned storage places for agricultural inputs; Having special pesticide spraying tools and other agricultural implements;
(5) There is a sound quality and safety management system, including organization, agricultural input use management system, toxic and harmful substances monitoring system;
